Our Story

Moments

Saudi FoodTech was founded to respond to a national and global need: enabling sustainable, localized food innovation in one of the world’s most climate-challenged regions. With over 80 percent of the Kingdom’s food imported and sustainability ambitions, a more resilient, tech-powered food system became a national imperative. From its inception, Saudi FoodTech has focused on closing key food and agriculture ecosystem gaps, connecting high-potential startups with capital, corporations, and policy stakeholders to accelerate growth and commercialization. The platform also serves as a connector between global innovators and Saudi Arabia’s growing market demand for sustainable, scalable food solutions. Our work draws on sector expertise, deep government collaboration, and a founder-first approach. Backed by Vision 2030 and building on the momentum of more than $24 billion committed to global agri-food investments, Saudi FoodTech is delivering results that align innovation with national priorities.
