Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – August
The Saudi FoodTech Summit 2025 will kick off on Tuesday, August 19, at Prince Mohammed bin Salman Nonprofit City – Al-Multaqa, in collaboration with the Entrepreneurship Community, one of the Misk Foundation’s communities. The summit is held under the theme: “Saudi Agri-Food Tech Sector Takes Off: From Local Innovation to Global Expansion.”.
The summit brings together founders, investors, and leaders in agri-food technology and sustainability across Saudi Arabia, through dialogue sessions addressing the sector’s core and its future, from transforming innovation into scalable commercial products, developing creative ideas and leveraging opportunities for both local and global growth, to embracing advanced technologies and digital transformation to drive the food and beverage industries forward, ultimately securing food security and the future.
The speaker lineup features key decision-makers and leaders from government and academia, including the Chief Credit Officer at the Agricultural Development Fund, the Director General of Policy at the Research & Innovation Authority, the Vice President of Commercial Services at the National Agricultural Services Company, the Head of Planning and Research Monitoring at the National Center for Research & Development of Sustainable Agriculture (Estidamah), and the Chairman of the National Committee for Food Security at the Federation of Saudi Chambers. Academic experts from leading universities such as King Saud University and KAUST will also participate, among them the Head of Entrepreneurship at KAUST, bringing deep expertise in venture capital and innovation development to enrich the discussions with strategic and scientific perspectives.
The sessions will also highlight speakers from companies and organizations that have left a mark on the agri-food technology landscape.
